We try to make it as simple as possible to rent a storage unit! From start to finish we can usually get you in a unit within 5 minutes!
Here's a general idea of the rental process:
- Request A Unit: You can request a unit using our simple online form, or by calling/texting us with your Name, Email and Mobile Number at 704-473-7358.
- Electronic DocuSign Lease: We partner with DocuSign for secure online leasing. We just need your name and email address to send you our simple month-to-month lease.
- Automatic Billing: Once you have completed your lease we will enter your information into our system. We have partnered with UnitTrac and Stripe to make online billing quick and easy. Your card will be automatically charged each month. You never have to worry about being late with your payment!
- Secure Your Unit: After we have you in the system you will be assigned your unit number. We recommend Brinks disc locks to best secure your unit. They are available through Amazon or at Walmart.
- Move In: Once you have your unit and lock you are ready to move in!
